How do I measure my seat width?
Measuring for a recreation hand cycle is super easy because it is so adjustable.
Seat width: If you use a wheelchair for mobility, simply measure the seat width and order the same width for your handcycle. All of our handcycles all come with seat cushions that match the width of the seat.

Does my product ship free?
We provide free shipping on all products over $100, all handcycles and adaptive cycles and wheelchairs.
When will my order ship?
Handcycle shipment times vary significantly by product. Custom handcycles take approximately 3-5 weeks for delivery. Most Fast Ship handcycles can be delivered within 2 weeks. All Fast Ship Handcycles are labeled as Fast Ship.
How do I track my order?
Go to your order status page. Upon placing your order you received an order confirmation email at the email address you used when placing your order. In that order confirmation email there is a link to your order status page. Do you charge sales tax?
We do not charge sales tax on any location, except Florida shipping addresses.
What does assembly require upon delivery?
Most handcycles arrive about 85% assembled / factory assembled, but rear wheels will need to be installed. All Add-on options and accessories may be boxed separately and require self-installation. Additionally, all add-on options may be shipped separately. Contact us if you have more questions.

What is the V-Crank Upgrade?
V crank upgrade: V cranks 180mm x 20” wide are available for athletes that need maximum clearance. Customer installation required. V-Crank Assembly instructions found here (URL is case sensitive):
What is Mountain Drive?
Mountain Drive: Doubles the gears adding lower gears for help climbing hills. Works similar to a transmission.
Mountain Drive w/V-Cranks: Combines the V Crank upgrade and the Mountain Drive upgrade so the handcycle is equipped with both.
